Shared Services Opportunities The Shared Services division of Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. was established in 1993 in an effort to centralize the accounting functions performed by branches across the country. Since then, the role has expanded to include offering other back office support, which allows the branches to maintain their focus on serving their customers. With locations in both Portland, OR and Newport News, VA, Shared Services has established several departments and has implemented changes in technology and processes which have helped to improve customer service, productivity and efficiency for the company. All departments offer entry-level opportunities for dedicated and motivated individuals.
